In order to serve its members better, the SACCO introduced a mobile banking facility which will aid members accessing the SACCO any time and anywhere.
The facility will help members make savings withdrawal from their deposit to mpamba or airtel account. This will help members save transportation cost of going to SACCO offices to access their savings.
The introduction of mobile banking will help reducing congestion in the banking hall and reduce the waiting
period to be served.
To start using the mobile banking facility, members need to register by filling in the mobile banking application form. Once the form is processed, the member will receive an activation message with the *327# dialing code and just follow the given steps for checking balances, and money transfers at your finger tip.
