This is to inform all Polymed SACCO members that it is mandatory to submit your ‘know your member’ documentation by 15th August 2024.

All existing members
- What needs to be submitted?
Complete KYM documentation, which includes a passport-size photo, a copy of your National ID both front and back, proof of address and any other documents specified by Polymed Sacco.
- How to submit KYM?

- in-person (both Lilongwe and Blantyre offices)
- Why is KYM submission important?
Submitting your KYM is crucial for the following reasons;
- Ensuring the accuracy and updating of member’s information.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements
- Facilitating better service delivery and communication.
